This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Develop and uphold trust with nurses, nurse executives, clinical leaders, educators, professional associations, and healthcare organizations.
• Represent Butterfly at nursing and healthcare conferences, association meetings, roundtables, and industry events.
• Foster relationships with key nursing leaders and create a network of clinical advocates.
• Track emerging trends in nursing practice, workforce challenges, clinical technology, care delivery, and healthcare policy.
• Integrate nursing-community insights into product, marketing, sales, and strategic decisions.
• Engage in professional organizations and build connections with nursing associations.
• Seek opportunities for speaking, panel moderation, advisory board participation, thought leadership, and industry discussions.
• Own and meet an individual sales quota for the designated region, focusing on new-logo acquisition and account growth.
• Create and manage a pipeline of nursing and hospital prospects.
• Lead negotiations and deals from initial engagement to closure.
• Act as a clinical and product expert for nursing audiences.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of Butterfly’s point-of-care ultrasound platform for bladder scanning and vascular access applications.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and account teams to engage nursing stakeholders and decision-makers effectively.
• Establish relationships with nurses, nursing leadership, and clinical education teams to promote evaluations, trials, and purchases.
• Deliver forecasting, pipeline reporting, field insights, and competitive analysis.
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid, unrestricted nursing license and an RN degree (ADN, BSN, or higher).
• Experience as an RN in a clinical bedside or clinical education environment within the last 5 years.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, successfully closing new business, and acquiring new customers.
• Proficient in presenting to and establishing rapport with nursing and clinical audiences, including conducting hands-on product demonstrations that lead to sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to independently manage a complete sales cycle.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Based near a major airport hub within the designated area.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
