This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Acquire new business and promote the adoption of Butterfly's point-of-care ultrasound platform within nursing teams at hospitals and health systems.
• Build and uphold credibility with nurses, nurse executives, clinical leaders, educators, professional associations, and healthcare organizations.
• Represent the company at nursing and healthcare conferences, association meetings, roundtables, and industry events.
• Develop relationships with key nursing leaders and create a network of clinical champions.
• Stay informed on trends in nursing practice, workforce challenges, clinical technology, care delivery, and healthcare policy.
• Integrate insights from the nursing community into product, marketing, sales, and strategic decisions.
• Engage in professional organizations and foster relationships with nursing associations.
• Seek opportunities for speaking engagements, panel moderation, advisory board participation, thought leadership, and industry discussions.
• Own and achieve an individual sales target, including acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline of nursing and hospital prospects.
• Guide deals from initial engagement through negotiation and closure.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of Butterfly's POCUS platform for bladder scanning and vascular access applications.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and account teams to engage nursing stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Cultivate relationships with bedside nurses, nursing leadership, and clinical education teams to facilitate evaluations, trials, and purchases.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Offer field and competitive insights to sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Travel up to 75% within the designated region to support demonstrations, trials, and customer relationships.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted nursing license and an RN degree (ADN, BSN, or higher).
• Experience practicing as an RN in a clinical bedside or clinical education setting within the last 5 years.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing a sales quota, acquiring new business, and securing new customers.
• Comfortable presenting to and establishing rapport with nursing and clinical audiences, including conducting hands-on product demonstrations that result in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Capability to independently manage a complete sales cycle.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
• Reside near a major airport hub within the assigned region.
• Candidates must hold authorization to work in the United States.
