Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to establish a clinical strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Become a clinical authority across primary surgical specialties to aid in the development of surgical items.

• Assist in field initiatives to meet quarterly sales targets.

• Support regional Sales and Marketing initiatives to increase system awareness and promote procedure adoption.

• Train and mentor operating-room staff in the management of the system during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.

• Create clinical plans that empower surgical teams to operate the system autonomously.

• Broaden the user base by collaborating with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to cultivate a qualified lead funnel.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedure outcomes and submitting expense reports.

• Identify high-potential surgical teams and deliver presentations to inform and persuade them to adopt the system.

• Guide surgical teams through training on system operations, OR integration, and clinical applications.

• Offer expert advice on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.

• A proven track record of achievement and leadership.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective persuasive communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate and build teams.
