Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a strategy aimed at enhancing the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Attain expertise in da Vinci® Surgery across key surgical specialties to bolster surgical robotics initiatives within the designated territory.

• Assist field operations in reaching quarterly sales targets.

• Support regional Sales and Marketing activities and events.

• Educate and mentor OR personnel on pre-, intra-, and postoperative management of the system.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team.

• Promote utilization by aiding surgical teams in selecting suitable procedure applications.

• Broaden the user base by establishing qualified lead funnels with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders.

• Facilitate the sale of instruments and accessories.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, sales activity outcomes, and expense documentation.

• Conduct training sessions for surgical teams covering system operations, OR integration, and application use.

• Offer expert guidance on the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least two years of prior sales experience is necessary.

• A proven track record of success and leadership is essential.

• A strong ambition and work ethic are critical.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is expected.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
