This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Provide tailored education and training to both new and existing patients, as well as healthcare providers, through phone and virtual platforms.
• Ensure ongoing device adoption by delivering proactive follow-up, clinical consultation, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
• Educate customers and healthcare professionals about Omnipod data and reporting tools.
• Act as a clinical retention contact for a designated geographic area.
• Conduct proactive outreach to evaluate satisfaction, reinforce product benefits, and address any concerns.
• Utilize clinical retention selling techniques to encourage continual use of Omnipod.
• Recognize disengagement or churn indicators by assessing data and analytics.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success teams on targeted retention strategies.
• Identify barriers to therapy continuation and implement patient-centered solutions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to align educational efforts with treatment plans.
• Partner with clinical managers, regional field teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and report regional trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of educational tools, customer journeys, and retention initiatives.
• Assist clinicians and customers with clinical software and digital diabetes management tools.
• Record customer interactions, outcomes, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Analyze engagement data, usage patterns, and retention metrics.
• Engage in data-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing regional retention performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active professional clinical credentials are required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients is necessary.
• Direct experience collaborating with healthcare providers in a diabetes care environment is essential.
• Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is mandatory.
• Capability to maintain all required professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively and persuasively engage diverse audiences via phone and virtual platforms.
• Solid clinical acumen with specialized knowledge in diabetes technology and data interpretation.
• A consultative, influence-based approach to customer engagement and retention is required.
• Proven problem-solving, workflow optimization, and objection-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is essential.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic region.
• Home workspace must comply with company security and productivity standards.
• Ability to sit and communicate on the phone for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Manual dexterity is required for computer and headset usage.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited travel as needed.
