This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Provide tailored education and training to both new and existing patients and healthcare providers through phone and virtual platforms.
• Offer proactive follow-up, clinical consultation, recommendations, and troubleshooting to enhance the sustained use of Omnipod.
• Educate customers and healthcare providers on the utilization of Omnipod data and reporting tools.
• Initiate proactive outreach to evaluate satisfaction, reinforce product value, and address any concerns.
• Employ clinical retention selling techniques to encourage continued usage of Omnipod.
• Identify signs of disengagement or potential churn through data assessment and analytics.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success teams on targeted strategies for retention.
• Analyze barriers to ongoing therapy and implement patient-centered solutions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the regional healthcare landscape and payer considerations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure education aligns with treatment plans.
• Engage with clinical, field, sales, customer success, marketing, data, and customer-care teams.
• Recognize and communicate trends regarding regional engagement, access, and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of educational tools, customer journeys, and focused retention campaigns.
• Assist clinicians and customers with clinical software and digital diabetes management tools.
• Record customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in Salesforce.
• Analyze engagement data, usage patterns, and retention metrics.
• Participate in data-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing regional retention performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active professional clinical credentials are mandatory, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients.
• Direct experience in collaborating with healthcare providers within a diabetes care setting.
• Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is required.
• Ability to maintain all necessary professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills with diverse audiences via phone and virtual platforms.
• Expertise in diabetes technology and data interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic region.
• Home workspace must comply with company security and productivity standards.
• Capability to sit and communicate on the phone for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Manual dexterity for computer and headset operation.
• Availability for occasional evening, weekend, holiday shifts, and limited travel as required.
