This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches in diabetes management to assist patients and ensure effective use of Omnipod therapy.
• Provide tailored education and training to both new and existing patients and healthcare providers via phone and virtual platforms.
• Deliver proactive follow-up, clinical consultation, recommendations, and troubleshooting support.
• Educate customers and healthcare professionals on Omnipod data and reporting tools.
• Address routine and moderately complex issues while escalating matters that fall outside established guidelines.
• Promote customer retention and ongoing adoption of Omnipod within a designated geographic area.
• Conduct proactive outreach to assess satisfaction, reinforce product value, and address any concerns.
• Employ clinical retention selling techniques to encourage continued use of Omnipod.
• Identify signs of disengagement or churn through data analysis and assessments.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success teams to implement targeted retention strategies.
• Evaluate barriers to therapy continuation and apply patient-centered solutions.
• Gain knowledge of local healthcare systems, diabetes centers, referral patterns, and payer considerations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to align education with treatment plans.
• Partner with clinical managers, regional field teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and relay regional trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of educational tools, customer journeys, and targeted retention campaigns.
• Assist clinicians and customers with clinical software and digital diabetes management tools.
• Record customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up steps in Salesforce.
• Analyze engagement data, usage patterns, and retention metrics.
• Engage in data-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing regional retention performance and program effectiveness.
• Share insights to optimize retention programs and customer workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An active professional clinical credential is required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience training and/or supporting insulin pump patients is required.
• Direct experience working with healthcare providers in a diabetes care setting is essential.
• A current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is required.
• Ability to maintain necessary professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences via phone and virtual platforms.
• Proficiency in diabetes technology and data interpretation.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, phone-based setting.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic region.
• Home work environment must comply with company security and productivity standards.
• Capability to sit and communicate on the phone for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Manual dexterity for computer and headset use is required.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited travel as necessary.
