Clinical Research Associate – Monitoring Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials, emphasizing technical expertise, quality assurance, and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and offer support for effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the prompt and accurate gathering and reporting of data.

• Deliver training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to facilitate efficient trial operations.

• Must reside in the UK.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a robust understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Knowledgeable in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
