📋 Description

• Perform site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Ensure adherence to protocols, patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

• Establish strong connections with investigative sites and key stakeholders.

• Identify and proactively address site and study challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful study outcomes.

• Support inspection readiness and ensure high-quality execution of studies.

• Mentor and assist less experienced CRAs at the Senior CRA level.

⛳️ Requirements

• CRA II: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or a related discipline.

• CRA II: Experience in clinical monitoring within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO sectors.

• CRA II: Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and monitoring standards.

• CRA II: Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams.

• Senior CRA: Extensive clinical monitoring experience across various studies and sites.

• Senior CRA: In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and site management.

• Senior CRA: Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and independently drive study quality.

• Experience mentoring or supporting other CRAs is a plus.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
