Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure smooth trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Strong comprehension of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Capacity to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence compliance and drive adherence within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in China.
