Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate within a sponsor-dedicated model, leveraging ICON’s global expertise.

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocol, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to gauge site performance, address concerns, and facilitate successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
