Clinical Research Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop ComPsych's program for measuring clinical outcomes and client experiences.

• Utilize program evaluation and measurement-based care techniques to establish how client progress and service quality are assessed.

• Create measurement methodologies and implement survey tools for collecting outcomes and experience data.

• Manage and oversee the survey platform, which includes instrument design, routing logic, pilot testing, user access, and ensuring data accuracy.

• Conduct ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across both domestic and international service lines.

• Identify, collect, and integrate data from various disconnected sources into a cohesive reporting framework.

• Specify and document calculation methods for validated clinical outcome and client experience metrics.

• Design and develop scorecards and reporting structures.

• Produce regular outcomes and experience reports for clinical and operations leadership.

• Analyze trends, anomalies, and insights to guide service delivery, customer impact reports, and strategic research inquiries.

• Merge outcomes and experience data with provider network performance metrics to pinpoint gaps and enhance external network quality.

• Collaborate on special research projects, white papers, and thought leadership efforts.

• Support the continuous improvement of clinical workflows and programs while identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and clinical innovation.

• Suggest enhancements that affect clinical quality, service delivery, and the value demonstrated to customers.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required in psychology, public health, statistics, program evaluation, data science, or a related behavioral or social science discipline.

• A master’s degree is preferred in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation, health services research, applied research, or data-driven quality enhancement, ideally in a clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare context.

• Proficient knowledge of measurement-based care and validated patient-reported outcome instruments, including interpretation of clinical scores.

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis in applied research environments.

• Experience in extracting and consolidating data from various sources, and working with large datasets using Excel, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar tools.

• Experience with statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Stata, or similar is preferred.

• Familiarity with designing and administering surveys on an enterprise survey platform, including instrument creation, logic and routing, and data export.

• Direct experience with LimeSurvey is advantageous.

• Proven track record of owning deliverables from data collection through to final reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication regarding timelines, risks, or data limitations to stakeholders.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• A consistent and reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace are required.

• Must be able to appear on camera during work-related training sessions, meetings, and/or events.

• Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer.
