Clinical Data Manager – Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the provision of high-quality data from the initiation and planning phases through the execution and closure of multiple projects.

• Conduct project-specific quality control and quality assurance tasks independently.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice, Good Clinical Data Management Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Working Instructions.

• Manage patient protocol details and integrate protocol-specific guidelines into the review of clinical trial data.

• Assist in the design of databases and forms for clinical data entry and reporting purposes.

• Evaluate new processes and systems for clinical trial data management.

• Test clinical trial databases and data entry interfaces for compliance with protocols and institutional standards.

• Accurately process, track, and validate data in a timely manner.

• Execute data abstraction and entry across various clinical research databases and protocols.

• Create and extract reports on patient clinical data for publication and presentation purposes.

• Utilize clinical databases and reporting tools effectively.

• Identify and assist in the development of project-specific reports.

• Prepare, review, and submit clinical data to monitoring agencies.

• Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of data management projects and address key project inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant or related field, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

• Experience in a Medical, Clinical, or Research environment is essential.
