This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Deliver in-case procedural assistance and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Facilitate account development initiatives that enhance clinical confidence, boost user competence, and promote the utilization of systems and disposables.
• Aid in product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education programs.
• Recognize educational opportunities that enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business goals, account strategies, and referral development activities.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and reporting of complaints or technical issues.
• Cultivate and maintain expert-level product knowledge and comprehension of kidney stone treatment workflows and procedural best practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Oversee and support account-level sales efforts to ensure product acquisition and inventory management.
• Travel frequently throughout the designated territory and operate within hospital and procedural environments.
• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience is required; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, operating room, or healthcare-related fields is required.
• Preferred experience includes urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly technical procedural specialty.
• Proven ability to learn and articulate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical personnel is essential.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
• Capability to operate across all hospital departments and in ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases and necessary protective equipment, is required.
• Hospital credentialing and adherence to customer access requirements are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 90% within the assigned territory is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to function in a regulated environment while complying with relevant quality and healthcare industry standards is necessary.
