This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Provide procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff utilizing Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
• Foster and sustain customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Assist in account development initiatives to enhance clinical confidence, bolster user competence, and drive the utilization of systems and disposables.
• Collaborate on product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education programs.
• Recognize and act upon educational opportunities that enhance customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
• Work alongside the Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to achieve business objectives, create account plans, and develop referral activities.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for inquiries, issue escalation, peer-to-peer review requirements, and timely reporting of complaints or technical issues.
• Cultivate and maintain expert-level product knowledge and comprehension of kidney stone treatment workflows, customer needs, and procedural best practices.
• Exhibit professionalism, service, and compliance in all customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level, ensuring product availability and stock to facilitate procedures and account growth.
• A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required; alternatively, an associate degree or medical certification with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted.
• Experience in clinical, medical device technical, sales, procedural support, operating room, or healthcare-related fields is required.
• Prior experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or another highly technical procedural specialty is preferred.
• Proven ability to learn and effectively communicate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff is essential.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
• Must be able to work across all hospital departments and in ambulatory surgery center environments, including live patient cases and necessary protective gear.
• Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access requirements are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 90% within the designated territory is required.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment while adhering to applicable quality and healthcare industry standards is required.
