Clinical Quality Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of vIOP clients, conduct vIOP group sessions, and/or handle Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 available calendar slots)

• Provide time-sensitive, evidence-based therapy through telehealth services

• Facilitate individual, family, and group skills training sessions

• Perform individual sessions for psych urgent care, including risk and safety evaluations, along with stabilization planning

• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists

• Offer clinical quality oversight, mentoring, and both clinical and administrative supervision to vIOP ASW therapists

• Deliver continuous feedback regarding therapists’ clinical quality, productivity, adherence to treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness

• Ensure that team care is culturally responsive and focused on outcomes

• Lead clinical one-on-ones and consultation meetings for the team

• Provide clinical coverage for vIOP individual and group sessions as required

• Analyze clinical quality metrics and consult on clinical cases

• Support quality improvement initiatives, specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance evaluations

• Participate in clinical consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and training sessions

• Report directly to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work (LCSW) from an accredited institution

• Current unrestricted license to practice in California

• Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in additional states as necessary to facilitate program expansion

• Over 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience

• Experience delivering care in high acuity settings (IOP, PHP, residential)

• Highly proficient in working with clients facing severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high-risk situations

• Strong expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and TF-CBT

• Experience in helping children, teens, young adults, and families achieve their goals

• Background in brief, goal-oriented psychotherapy employing measurement-based care

• 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision and training for evidence-based therapies

• Previous experience in administrative management

• Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to providing culturally responsive care

• Familiarity with video therapy and supervising/consulting clinical sessions via video conferencing tools

• Comfortable with technology and thriving in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Enthusiasm for transforming mental health through technology while maintaining a human touch

• Availability to work from 11 am to 8 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday

• Potential availability for Saturday shifts

• Ability to commit to full-time work, approximately 40 hours per week

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States
