This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide direct client care via time-limited, evidence-based telehealth treatment.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group skills training sessions.
• Manage a caseload of vIOP clients and psych urgent care appointments.
• Perform risk and safety assessments while developing stabilization plans.
• Train, oversee, and supervise vIOP Associate Social Worker therapists.
• Ensure clinical quality oversight, mentoring, and both clinical and administrative supervision.
• Analyze clinical quality metrics and offer performance feedback.
• Consult on various clinical cases.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training vIOP ASW therapists.
• Guarantee that care is culturally responsive and focused on outcomes.
• Lead clinical one-on-one meetings and consultation team discussions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance evaluations.
• Provide clinical coverage for individual and group sessions as necessary.
• Participate in clinical consultations, multidisciplinary team meetings, and training sessions.
• Report to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager.
• Master’s degree in clinical social work (LCSW) from an accredited program.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in California.
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as required.
• Over 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience.
• Background in a high-acuity IOP, PHP, or residential setting.
• Proficient in working with severe, co-occurring clinical diagnoses and high-risk presentations.
• Expertise in delivering evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, and TF-CBT.
• Experience in helping children, teens, young adults, and families accomplish their goals.
• Knowledge in brief, goal-focused psychotherapy utilizing measurement-based care.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical supervision and training of evidence-based therapies.
• Prior experience in administrative management.
• Demonstrated cultural humility and a commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Familiarity with video therapy and supervision/consultation through video conferencing software.
• Comfort with technology and dynamic work environments.
• Availability to work from 11 am to 8 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
• Potential availability for Saturday shifts.
• Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
