This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical quality assurance and professional development within the therapy team.

• Maintain a direct-care caseload of clients.

• Perform regular quality assessments of clinical documentation, treatment plans, diagnostic evaluations, and discharge summaries.

• Establish and track clinical care benchmarks.

• Utilize chart-audit results to identify trends, reduce risks, and promote continuous clinical advancement.

• Provide both individual and group clinical supervision to designated therapists.

• Assist with case conceptualization, risk management, and professional development.

• Collaborate with leadership on the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinicians.

• Educate clinicians on Blackbird’s care model, documentation standards, and evidence-based practices.

• Offer constructive feedback and personalized instruction based on audit findings and performance evaluations.

• Deliver 12–15 direct-care clinical hours per week of evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.

• Work alongside specialty providers from various disciplines to develop comprehensive whole-child treatment plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• Current PA LCSW with the credentials to provide clinical supervision in Pennsylvania.

• At least 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.

• Proven experience in conducting clinical supervision, chart audits, or clinical training/quality management.

• Proficient in evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT-informed approaches, and TF-CBT.

• Specialization in neurodiversity-affirming care.

• Capability to supervise master’s-level clinicians and pre-licensed therapists.

• Familiarity with clinical documentation, treatment planning, therapeutic delivery, chart reviews, and quality standards.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with PMHNPs, OTs, SLPs, and clinical operations.
