This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
β’ Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.
β’ Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.
β’ Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
β’ Handle documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
β’ Engage in regular paid case consultations.
β’ Develop a caseload that aligns with personal availability.
β’ Offer support for grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in late life.
β’ Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.
β’ Active, independent license to practice psychology in Vermont.
β’ Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.
β’ Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
β’ Medicare billing experience is a plus.
β’ Capacity to provide a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.
β’ Availability for 1099 or W2 work arrangements depending on hours.
β’ Flexible, fee-for-service compensation model.
