This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.
β’ Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.
β’ Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
β’ Handle documentation through the EMR and AI documentation tools.
β’ Engage in regular paid case consultations.
β’ Assist patients via Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy support.
β’ Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.
β’ Current, independent license to practice psychology in Washington D.C.
β’ Preferred experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.
β’ Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
β’ Medicare billing experience is an advantage.
β’ Commitment to conducting at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
β’ Capability to work autonomously within a collaborative care team.
β’ Flexible, fee-for-service arrangement.
β’ Adjustable schedule set by the clinician, available across 7 days a week.
β’ No on-call duties and no evening hours required.
