Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through virtual sessions.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate independently while collaborating with a care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Establish availability and develop a patient caseload with assistance from Sailor Health.

• Offer support for grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions.

• Implement Medicare-covered therapy within Sailor Health’s virtual practice framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Hold an active, independent license to practice psychology in Pennsylvania.

• Preferably have experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Be comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Must be available to conduct at least 15 sessions per week.

• Ability to operate on a flexible, fee-for-service basis.

• Engagement structure can be 1099 or W2, depending on the schedule.
