Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Function autonomously within a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish your availability and create a flexible caseload with matched patients.

• Offer care addressing grief, loss, isolation, and challenges associated with late life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) obtained from an APA-accredited institution.

• Valid, independent license to practice psychology in Michigan.

• Previous experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be prepared to conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Must provide the type and number of mental health license held.

• Must disclose the states in which you are licensed; PSYPACT may be entered with a valid APIT license and E.Passport link.
