Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD / PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Support older adults through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Valid, independent license to practice psychology in Virginia.

• Preferred experience with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Commitment to a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Capability to work as a 1099 clinician at 15 hours per week or a W2 clinician at 25 hours per week.
