Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD / PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate autonomously within a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Oversee documentation using streamlined electronic medical records and AI documentation solutions.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and develop a caseload with suitable patients.

• Deliver clinical care while Care Navigators and Healthcare Advocates manage non-therapy support.

• Collaborate with committed Clinical Quality Leads and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Valid, independent license to practice psychology in Texas.

• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly with Sailor Health.

• Mental health license type and number are necessary for application.

• Applicants possessing a valid PSYPACT APIT license and E.Passport link should include their PSYPACT information.
