Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD / PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while collaborating with a care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Assist patients dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions.

• Develop a caseload supported by Sailor Health's patient-matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Current, independent license to practice psychology in Minnesota.

• Preferred experience with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Willingness to provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week.

• Availability for part-time or full-time work.

• Engagement as 1099 or W2 depending on weekly hours.
