Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, PhD / PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations

• Determine availability and establish a caseload with appropriately matched patients

• Offer care for issues related to grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution

• Active, independent psychology practice license in Illinois

• Preferably experienced in working with older adults or geriatric populations

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous

• Minimum availability of 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours per week for W2 clinicians

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health

• Capability to provide virtual services to older adults
