Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual one-on-one and group counseling for individuals experiencing acute mental health issues.

• Create and document thorough treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of patients.

• Interact with TRICARE/DoD beneficiaries and educate them on TRICARE benefits and requirements.

• Maintain and prepare medical records and documentation in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Provide recommendations regarding hospitalization and evaluate fitness for duty.

• Participate in staff meetings to discuss cases, engage in educational activities, and promote quality improvement.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals while adhering to clinical standards and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited institution.

• Completion of an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship in the field of professional psychology.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Psychologist, utilizing virtual platforms for evidence-based treatments, evaluations, treatment plans, and psychotherapy.

• Possession of a current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently.

• Preferred experience using virtual platforms within the military healthcare system.

• Acceptable virtual health experience outside of the military healthcare system.

• Meet credentialing requirements and secure and uphold clinical privileges.

• Acquire and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Complete a two-week training course prior to commencing telework.

• Submit at least two professional references along with the resume.
