Clinical Provider – Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counseling, or therapy-style consultations, providing general advice only (not treatment).

• Lead webinars and in-person seminars (optional).

• Assist employees with their wellbeing, stress management, and resilience.

• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Counsellors: Master’s degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology.

• Counsellors: 1–3 years of supervised counselling experience.

• Clinical Psychologists: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

• Clinical Psychologists: 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice after completing the Master's.

• Experience in managerial or leadership support (e.g., coaching managers, HR advisory) — preferred.

• Previous EAP or workplace counselling experience — preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages — preferred.

• Willingness to occasionally conduct onsite sessions — preferred.
