This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

• Identify enhancements that improve study processes, quality, and safety.

• Collaborate with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams to translate study requirements into actionable project plans and solutions.

• Monitor project performance, foresee risks, and eliminate barriers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Manage project finances, including billing, forecasting, scope modifications, revenue reporting, and pass-through expenses.

• Ensure project teams comprehend and adhere to protocols, SOPs, and relevant quality standards, working closely with Quality Assurance when deviations or clarifications occur.

• Lead, mentor, and support project teams, establishing clear expectations and promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Provide project and clinical expertise during client meetings, Investigator Meetings, and Business Development activities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; a background in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior project or management experience in the clinical development of investigational drugs.

• Over 1 year of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization, preferably in a project management capacity.

• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, SOPs, and clinical trial quality standards.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with the ability to see beyond immediate tasks, identify opportunities, and implement practical enhancements.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, coupled with effective, collaborative communication skills.

• Experience in medical imaging is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Access and Project is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% when necessary.
