Clinical Operations Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of strategic clinical operations initiatives that align with enterprise objectives and ensure operational readiness.

• Develop and sustain effective communication channels among internal teams and business partners.

• Drive process optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and scalability within clinical operations.

• Supervise procurement and contract management for vendors, services, and deliverables related to clinical enablement.

• Manage change order processes, which include impact assessments, communication with stakeholders, and coordination of implementation.

• Act as a cross-functional liaison among clinical operations, technology, claims, procurement, contract management, external customers, and enterprise partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement and large-scale implementation projects.

• Proven experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, managed care, government healthcare programs, or similar operational strategy positions.

• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organizational structure.

• Comprehensive knowledge of workflow mapping, process analysis, process improvement, and operational standardization.

• Experience in supporting system transitions, operational readiness, testing, implementation planning, or enterprise initiatives.

• Capability to translate strategic goals and operational requirements into actionable plans, specifications, and measurable results.

• Government contracts require U.S. citizenship.

• Home internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Ability to work from a designated area free from continuous interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Preferred: Experience with TRICARE, military health, or government healthcare programs.

• Preferred: Background in procurement, contract oversight, vendor management, or change order management.

• Preferred: Current experience with Lucidchart.
