Clinical Project Manager – Obesity, Dermato, GI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management initiatives.

• Address project challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve objectives.

• Track project advancement, recognize risks and issues, and execute corrective actions.

• Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Compile and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.

• A demonstrated history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, adhering to scope, time, and budget parameters.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
