This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee program services, quality assurance, and personnel services within the department.
β’ Execute program policies and procedures in line with standard operating and program-specific guidelines.
β’ Provide coaching, mentoring, counseling, performance appraisals, and management for clinical subordinates.
β’ Act as the liaison between the Program Manager and the team.
β’ Organize daily schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure the achievement of daily objectives.
β’ Prepare and submit daily and weekly productivity reports for both the team and individuals.
β’ Manage daily clinical support activities as outlined in the statement of work.
β’ Assess program needs and suggest enhancements for processes and workflows.
β’ Resolve complex clinical issues and act as the primary escalation point for clinical staff.
β’ Assist with client audits.
β’ Collaborate with inter-departmental stakeholders regarding escalations, conflicts, and inquiries.
β’ Perform quality assurance reviews, meetings, reports, and observations to ensure compliance.
β’ Assess the quality of clinical services and identify opportunities for improvement.
β’ Supervise the training, licensure, and competencies of clinical staff.
β’ Identify and report pharmacovigilance information, including any adverse events.
β’ Participate in and lead team meetings.
β’ Assist in the recruitment of clinical staff.
β’ Ensure consistency in standard operating procedures.
β’ Must be a registered nurse with a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience.
β’ Require 3β5 years of leadership experience.
β’ Possess extensive knowledge of various clinical diseases and therapeutic drug classes.
β’ Have a broad understanding of clinical licensure rules, regulations, and compliance factors.
β’ Exhibit impeccable communication skills.
β’ Demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic.
β’ Capability to supervise a team in a professional, consistent, and fair manner.
β’ Ability to lead effectively in a dynamic and fluid environment.
β’ Consistently prioritize and adapt to changing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Display excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Maintain attention to detail.
β’ Show strong organizational abilities.
β’ Must be able to talk or hear and sit for extended periods.
β’ Preferred typing ability of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
β’ Flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
β’ Timely completion of training deadlines for policies regarding confidential data.
