Clinical Operations Training Developer – Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative learning materials, incorporating both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT).

• Revise and enhance current learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

• Deliver training sessions for new hires, refreshers, and upskilling in a completely remote setting.

• Educate employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal tools.

• Implement role plays, simulations, and interactive learning exercises.

• Strengthen workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through personalized coaching.

• Assist with the coordination of onboarding processes and training administration.

• Collaborate with operations leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

• Recognize training deficiencies and promote ongoing improvements.

• Enhance learner confidence in systems and workflows, ensuring training effectiveness through standardized assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training development.

• At least 3 years of experience in virtual facilitation.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies such as Zoom and Teams.

• Capability to train individuals on policies, systems, workflows, and specific job-related processes.

• Strong understanding of adult learning theories.

• Exceptional writing, communication, and engagement abilities.

• Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively across departments.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Compatible with Windows or Apple macOS computers only; Chromebooks, Linux systems, or smartphones are not permitted.

• Must operate on Windows 10 or later, or macOS 14 Sonoma or later.

• Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent for Windows, or Apple Silicon for Mac.

• 16 GB of RAM required.

• Wired headphones are mandatory; built-in microphones are not acceptable.

• Internet connection must meet a minimum speed of 100 Mbps for downloads and 50 Mbps for uploads.

• An Ethernet cable must connect the computer directly to the router.

• Google Chrome is required along with Amazon Workspaces.

• A webcam is necessary for video conferencing.
