Clinical Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in ensuring smooth trial operations.

• Monitor and track trial documentation.

• Perform Trial Master File (TMF) tasks, including uploading, indexing, and ensuring quality verification.

• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.

• Input and maintain essential trial data within internal systems.

• Manage operational trackers.

• Create operational reports and presentation materials for clinical trial updates.

• Support CRAs/monitors with daily administrative and operational tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have active student status.

• Ideally pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Life Sciences discipline.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiar with graphic design tools such as Canva.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools.

• Strong command of English, at least B2 level.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proactive mindset.

• Effective communication abilities.
