Clinical Nurse Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Cultivate professional relationships with and provide education to key Health Care Professionals involved in the care of patients utilizing BMS hematology products.

• Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions that enhance patient outcomes.

• Offer clinical education and support for HCPs who are initiating or continuing treatment with BMS hematology and oncology medications.

• Inform HCPs about unmet disease needs and the current treatment landscape.

• Build relationships with oncology-focused Patient Support Groups and present approved educational resources.

• Establish and sustain connections with academic and community HCPs in the designated geography.

• Analyze treatment and patient management landscapes, identifying needs and processes/protocols.

• Deliver approved on-label clinical and product education through one-on-one, group, and remote channels.

• Accurately respond to HCP inquiries while adhering to procedures, ethical, and legal guidelines.

• Assess account impact and strategize follow-up activities.

• Monitor CNC dashboards and account information, adjusting activities and business plans to achieve objectives.

• Conduct on-label educational speaker programs and in-services.

• Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites welcoming new patients.

• Assist with clinical, disease-area, and product-specific training for internal stakeholders.

• Engage in assigned Medical Congress activities.

• Share clinical insights and patient management experiences within the organization.

• Contribute to cross-functional account business plans and CNC programs/projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology disease area.

• Current active Nursing License.

• OCN Certification.

• Deep clinical knowledge in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states.

• Strong business acumen aligned with organizational priorities.

• Advanced skills in communication and presentation platforms.

• Experience in transferring clinical expertise to others and shaping patient management processes/protocols.

• Collaboration skills for building partnerships with internal functions.

• Established connections with health care providers within the assigned territory.

• Willingness and ability to travel by air and road within the region.

• Valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, and ethical/legal standards.
