Clinical Nurse Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with academic and community healthcare professionals in Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD.

• Deliver on-label clinical and product education for BMS hematology and oncology offerings through individual interactions, group presentations, and remote communication channels.

• Evaluate treatment and patient-management landscapes, including needs and processes, in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

• Utilize approved CNC resources and marketing materials to convey information accurately and in compliance with regulations.

• Assess the impact of CNC activities and devise follow-up strategies.

• Address educational gaps and respond to customer requirements.

• Monitor the CNC dashboard and account data, making necessary adjustments to activities and business strategies.

• Enhance knowledge of treatment landscapes, products, and disease states.

• Conduct approved educational speaker programs and in-service training.

• Offer product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites initiating new patients.

• Educate internal stakeholders on clinical, disease-area, and product-specific subjects.

• Engage in designated medical congress activities.

• Share clinical insights internally to bolster franchise strategy.

• Contribute to cross-functional account and business plans.

• Assist with clinically relevant CNC programs and initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.

• Travel approximately 50–75% of the time, engaging with HCPs in public environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN degree.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in the Hematology/Oncology Disease Area.

• Current and active Nursing License.

• OCN Certification.

• In-depth clinical knowledge of Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states.

• Strong business acumen aligned with organizational priorities.

• Proficient communication and advanced presentation skills.

• Experience in transferring clinical expertise to others and influencing patient management protocols.

• Collaborative skills for establishing meaningful partnerships with internal teams.

• Established relationships with healthcare providers in the designated region.

• Willingness and capability to travel by air and land within the territory.

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
