This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Facilitate scheduled groups by providing therapeutic treatment.
β’ Record group sessions in the electronic medical record (EMR).
β’ Work in collaboration with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and other professional staff to create comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs.
β’ Present relevant topics during scheduled group sessions.
β’ Finalize group notes immediately following the conclusion of each session.
β’ Ensure all services rendered are documented in clients' medical records.
β’ Follow clinical guidelines and maintain accurate, timely client charting.
β’ Contribute to staff meetings periodically and offer training on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Director, including providing individual support to clients.
β’ Uphold all relevant licensing and certification requirements and ensure compliance with facility or regulatory entity standards.
β’ Familiarity with company policies and procedures, as well as DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Prior experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred.
β’ Ability to work within the designated Monday-Friday schedule across PT, CT, or ET time zones.
