Clinical Liaison, Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess candidates with non-acute backgrounds or quality assurance concerns and offer recommendations to client teams.

• Conduct interviews in accordance with client preferences, evaluate readiness, and extend job offers.

• Collaborate with Clinical Managers and Directors to manage daily operational requirements.

• Work with facility leadership to revise unit requirements and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Organize quarterly reviews with unit leadership to uphold data accuracy.

• Foster collaboration across shared services and agency workflows.

• Embody the company's core values in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience across various specialties.

• Active RN license in at least one state.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, complex setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• BSN and/or experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
