Clinical Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to foster professional relationships representing Lumicera Health Services and SSM Specialty Pharmacy.

• Act as a liaison among medical personnel, outpatient pharmacies, insurance companies, and patients to enhance communication and ensure continuity of care.

• Relay prescription, insurance, and financial information to pharmacists, healthcare providers, clinical support staff, and patients.

• Organize and assist with educational initiatives as needed.

• Engage with clinic staff, third-party payers, manufacturers, prescription benefit management organizations, external pharmacy representatives, referring providers, and support personnel.

• Uphold all applicable federal and state regulations as well as the ethical standards set by the employer.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Some college education is preferred.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred.

• At least two years of experience in pharmacy support or a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Must be able to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary according to departmental requirements.

• Operational hours are from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday and 8 am to 6 pm on Friday.

• Engage in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.

• Demonstrate the ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
