Clinical Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver patient management assistance for CareDx’s transplant services, primarily focusing on laboratory tests.

• Collaborate with transplant center personnel as a Clinical Educator to enhance workflows and incorporate CareDx transplant offerings.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various internal teams to guarantee the prompt and effective delivery of CareDx solutions.

• Address and resolve external inquiries related to customer order entry, reporting of results, and reimbursement processes.

• Organize blood draw logistics with patients while ensuring that compliant orders are obtained.

• Spearhead operational efficiency initiatives and pinpoint improvements in the ordering process.

• Manage timely sample processing and respond to customer inquiries.

• Uphold compliance with CareDx standard operating procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulations including HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, among others.

• Travel within the designated area to key accounts for business evaluations and product updates.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Nursing (RN) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Transplant preferred.

• Certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) is preferred.

• Willingness to undertake 25 - 30% field travel within the assigned area.

• Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel and Salesforce.com.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven capability to influence without direct authority and to cultivate robust cross-functional relationships.

• Demonstrated experience in managing customer expectations and overseeing product development updates.
