Clinical Field Specialist, CT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the customer lifecycle and ensure that the coronary CT program is optimized to prepare customers for success.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to boost quality acceptance rates during the customer onboarding process.

• Ensure that customers implement necessary adjustments to continuously optimize their use of Heartflow products.

• Conduct virtual and/or in-person training for technologists, utilizing product demonstrations, one-on-one sessions, and group training.

• Establish credibility and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

• Maintain records of customer contacts, CT volume, engagement logs, training documentation, and other pertinent information within Heartflow systems.

• Gather customer feedback and engage in clinical discussions regarding Heartflow analysis across multiple products.

• Stay informed about the latest innovations in CT and Workstation technology, as well as training methodologies and materials.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Travel to customer locations to deliver training and nurture relationships with Technologists, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and other customer representatives.

• Provide periodic on-call support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert knowledge of cardiac CT is essential.

• Teaching experience and industry background are highly valued.

• Strong communication abilities and a proven track record in relationship building.

• An Associate degree in radiology, technology, or a related field is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac CTA is required.

• Must possess an active ARRT Certification in CT or be Board Certified in Radiology.

• Willingness to take on periodic on-call responsibilities.

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
