This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a consultant representing both customers and company personnel.
• Organize each training session in collaboration with contacts within HCUS and at customer locations.
• Offer continuous support for issues related to applications and image quality at both product and system levels.
• Collaborate with interpreting physicians, clinicians, and other professionals to ensure the optimal and efficient use of Fujifilm products.
• Create and maintain documentation that supports customer training initiatives.
• Provide additional training and consultation services for a fee, contributing to the revenue objectives of Professional Services.
• Work alongside the HCUS team to secure customer acceptance of FUJIFILM Medical Systems solutions.
• Conduct training for customers either remotely or via scheduled travel.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s quality management system.
• Foster effective communication and build strong working relationships across HCUS departments.
• Uphold a safe work environment and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Engage in professional organizations.
• Provide telephone and remote clinical support for customers, sales, and field service through the ON-Call Technical Assistance Center.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• 2 to 10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, computer science, PACS administration, or the healthcare sector.
• Preferred experience in the Cardiology or Radiology fields.
• Registration in one or more recognized clinical technology specialties, such as ARRT Registered Radiology Technologist with expertise in digital imaging (preferred).
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize and manage various functions simultaneously.
• Background in healthcare, software applications, or the IT industry is advantageous.
• Experience in medical imaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with end-users and clinical supervisors.
• Proven end-user computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Technical support experience with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to identify workflow requirements related to product features.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• An associate’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant healthcare field is mandatory.
• Documented experience in the IT/Healthcare sector.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand and implement appropriate quality management system processes.
• Compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory standards and relevant ISO 13485 criteria.
• Adherence to vendor credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access.
• Capability to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, see clearly at a distance of twenty inches or less, lift and carry up to ten pounds, and tolerate changes in air pressure.
