This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee customer accounts to enhance technology utilization, promote a culture of fall prevention, implement fall reduction strategies, manage renewals, expansions, and advocacy efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels, acting as the primary liaison between SafelyYou and community locations.
• Provide support to communities during pilot phases.
• Organize and facilitate weekly fall huddles.
• Discuss strategies for opt-in and consent.
• Set up user accounts.
• Conduct clinical reviews of fall incidents.
• Offer technical support for the platform.
• Address inquiries and concerns from customers and families, effectively managing objections.
• Build community partnerships to foster retention and growth.
• Offer onsite community support for training, platform engagement, and improved fall response outcomes.
• Create and enhance training materials for customer-facing interactions.
• Respond to questions and troubleshoot technological issues.
• Relay customer feedback, system challenges, and opportunities for product development.
• Develop SafelyYou materials for customer fall programs and marketing assistance.
• Conduct Zoom training sessions for community marketing/sales teams, family information gatherings, and staff platform training.
• Represent SafelyYou at webinars, conferences, and corporate meetings.
• Nurture customer accounts for publications, media content, conference collaborations, testimonials, and case studies.
• Advocate for the customer’s perspective in sales processes and product roadmap enhancements.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, sales/marketing, implementation, billing, and operations teams to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Current licensure as PT, PTA, OT, OTA, LVN, or RN is mandatory.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role within a healthcare setting, ideally in a healthcare SaaS startup environment.
• Experience in senior care healthcare settings, effectively communicating with various departments and leadership (Memory care, AL/IL, SNF).
• Clinical knowledge in falls management, root cause analysis, and related interventions.
• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to present and explain technology to C-Suite executives, clinical staff, families, and non-technical audiences.
• Ownership mentality regarding customer success throughout the lifecycle of assigned accounts.
• Capacity to multitask across accounts, platforms, and departments while managing fast-paced communications and precise follow-up.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure and amidst competing deadlines.
• Exceptional active listening and effective communication abilities.
• Proactive in anticipating issues and resolving them.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to provide cross-functional support.
• Capability to work remotely with minimal disruptions, leading and hosting customer calls via Zoom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building aptitude.
• Technologically proficient, with expertise in G Suite, Office 360, Zoom, HubSpot, Slack, and various online platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
