Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute application setup, user training, product marketing, support for trade shows, product demonstrations, handling call escalations, and integrating system workflows.

• Offer application advice and workflow expertise for radiology informatics solutions throughout the installed base.

• Assist local customers in the UKI while also supporting the global application team as needed.

• Configure clinical workflows and provide advisory support for the implementation of the VUE PACS solution.

• Create and implement training programs for clinical users.

• Aid in User Acceptance Testing for the launch of solutions.

• Address issues related to clinical user interface and workflows.

• Guide customers in system maintenance procedures.

• Record as-built workflows and facilitate the transition to service support.

• Engage in the development of new solutions and product features.

• Travel internationally across Europe as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or vocational education with 4+ years of relevant experience.

• Preferred clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science, or Technology.

• Background in a radiology department with a solid understanding of radiology workflows.

• Familiarity with PACS systems.

• Radiographer license or experience working as a PACS administrator.

• Competence with MS Office products.

• Experience in application training and/or consulting.

• Proficiency in English.

• Outstanding oral, written communication, and presentation abilities.

• A collaborative team player with adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

• Valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland up to 70% of the time and across Europe as necessary.

• A standard DBS criminal record check is required.
