Clinical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute application configuration, user training, product commercialization, support for trade shows, product demonstrations, handling of call escalations, and integration of system workflows.

• Offer application consultation and workflow expertise for radiology informatics solutions throughout the installed base.

• Provide local support to customers in the UKI and assist the global application team as required.

• Configure clinical workflows and deliver consultative support for the implementation of the VUE PACS solution.

• Create and conduct training programs for clinical users.

• Assist in the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing prior to solution go-live.

• Address defects related to clinical user interface and workflows.

• Guide customers in system maintenance.

• Document as-built workflows and facilitate the transition to service support.

• Engage in the development of new solutions and product functionalities.

• Collaborate within project teams and may require international travel across Europe when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or vocational education with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

• A clinical degree in Radiography, Radiotherapy, Medical Imaging, Clinical Science, or Technology is preferred.

• Prior experience in a radiology department.

• Strong understanding of radiology workflows.

• Familiarity with PACS.

• Possession of a Radiographer license or experience as a PACS administrator.

• Proficient in MS Office Products.

• Previous experience in application training and/or consulting.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong presentation skills.

• A motivated team player with adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.

• A valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland up to 70% of the time and across Europe as required.

• Standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check is required.
