Clinical Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials.

• Ensure compliance with protocol specifications, regulatory standards, and industry practices.

• Coordinate site initiation, patient recruitment, data gathering, and monitoring visits.

• Collaborate with teams from Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics.

• Maintain detailed study documentation and records.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standard operating procedures.

• Support activities related to study close-out, including data cleaning, analysis, and preparation of clinical study reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing demands.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively across functions and establish solid relationships with study teams and clinical sites.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in Poland.
