This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for EP products.

• Offer clinical and technical support within hospital environments utilizing EP technology for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

• Collaborate with physicians and hospital personnel to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of irregular heart rhythms.

• Acquire foundational knowledge in EP through a structured hands-on training program.

• Provide regional coverage for EP procedural cases in electrophysiology laboratories and/or operating rooms.

• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business sector.

• Establish and maintain clinical relationships with clients while sharing product expertise.

• Keep an in-depth understanding of EP products, including technical specifications, software applications, and functionalities.

• Ensure the safe and effective utilization of cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems.

• Support EP Sales Representatives by collaborating on regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and product training or demonstrations.

• Enhance engineering, sales, and technical skills in line with territory strategy.

• Stay informed about industry advancements, regulatory obligations, company and competitor products, market dynamics, and strategic objectives.

• Provide management with insights on market trends and customer feedback.

• Track performance and communicate status updates to managers and teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Confirmation that you will meet all vendor credentialing requirements, which may involve COVID-19 vaccination.

• Capability to provide regional EP procedural case coverage in an Electrophysiology lab and/or operating room environment.

• Ability to occasionally travel for in-person training and live procedure support.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Commitment to comply with medical surveillance requirements.
