Clinical Applications Specialist – X-Ray

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in XR and serve as a technical liaison to the sales team.

• Enhance the technical skills of the team and strengthen customer relationships while promoting business opportunities.

• Propel the advancement of new product features and imaging techniques.

• Collaborate with customers to create training plans and strategies that facilitate new product integration and address ongoing training needs.

• Organize, schedule, and execute training sessions focused on specific objectives.

• Assess and report on the outcomes of training initiatives.

• Serve as the main contact point for the modality/team.

• Identify issues related to customer satisfaction and provide assistance with escalations, problem-solving, and specialized training requests.

• Build relationships with key opinion leaders to standardize and optimize protocols and support clinical education programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent along with 3+ years of technical/clinical experience in the XR industry.

• ARRT (R) certification.

• Proven experience with GE HealthCare XR systems.

• Profound knowledge of clinical education training and the processes involved in implementation.

• Experience in conveying complex information and adjusting communication based on the audience.

• Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 80% (4-5 days per week including overnight stays and occasional weekends) across the US and Canada using various transportation modes.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, where applicable.
