Clinical Applications Specialist – Monitoring Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical training and assistance during implementation phases, go-lives, and optimization efforts.

• Collaborate with clients to enhance workflows and promote best practices.

• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee a consistent and high-quality experience for customers.

• Facilitate the adoption and optimization of monitoring solutions in acute care settings.

• Offer workflow assistance to end-users to enhance patient care and clinical efficiency.

• Support clients throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-sale assistance to implementation and post-go-live optimization.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of monitoring solutions and clinical applications.

• Exhibit a customer-centric approach, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Canada and the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active registration from the relevant provincial regulatory body, such as NNPBC, BCCNM, or CACCN.

• Proven experience in delivering clinical education or training.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Availability for extensive travel (60%+), including overnight trips.

• A valid driver’s license and capability to travel within Canada and the U.S.

• Adherence to GE HealthCare's quality, vaccination, and Spirit & Letter standards.

• Preferred experience with patient monitoring systems in acute care settings.

• Preferred experience with critical care patient monitoring.

• Strong facilitation and organizational skills are preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.

• Ideally located in the Vancouver Metro area or near a major international airport.
