This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire expertise in industry-specific software and utilize this knowledge to assist MIM customers.

• Deliver customer service and product training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff.

• Grasp customer needs and offer customized support.

• Conduct training sessions for team members and cross-functional groups.

• Employ remote technologies to identify and resolve customer issues.

• Advise customers on optimal software usage.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support process.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to identify solutions beyond your area of expertise.

• Provide product feedback to product, quality, and management teams to enhance software and customer experience.

• Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at operational improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred background as a nuclear medicine technologist or in a support role for nuclear medicine procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical or medical experience.

• CNMT Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Capability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs with empathy.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide innovative solutions for complex customer challenges.

• Flexibility to work with varying schedules.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• GE HealthCare will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.

• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.

• Must be willing to comply with customer vaccination mandates where applicable.
